Position: Sales Operations Manager, CONNECT
Employment type: Full-time regular (flexible working options available)
Location: Houston, TX – Hybrid
Job Description:
Sales operations is a high-performing, business critical and increasingly strategic function that supports the sales organization to create an environment for sales success. The function enables excellence in both planning and execution within the sales organization and drives investment in sales force effectiveness, managing the functions essential to deliver seller productivity and performance. The Sales Operations Manager, CONNECT, is for supporting the CONNECT leadership team by establishing/tracking KPIs, providing reports/dashboard, and developing tools to drive adoption of the CONNECT platform
In this role you will:
Partner with the CONNECT leadership teams to effectively align & embed the rhythm of the business, ensuring global aligned, regionally executed cadence of review and planning activities throughout the fiscal year
Develop globally standardized sales forecasting, opportunity management and planning & budgeting processes, establishing the highest levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency
Provide actionable insights and recommendations through advanced analytics tied to key initiatives or reporting at a global level
Work with the CONNECT leadership team to develop globally consistent reporting process and templates
Work with the Sales Intelligence team to define requirements for dashboards, and ensure dashboards stay relevant and effective to cadence
Identify and prioritize opportunities for sales process improvement, and collaborate with the rest of GBO team to implement a well-defined, efficient sales process
Foster a culture of continuous process improvement
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience managing regional/partner operations or deal desk or operations programs
Experience in driving structured processes and leveraging analytics from large datasets to drive growth programs
Ability to think strategically and synthesize insights and business implications from data in a meaningful way
Deep knowledge of account/opportunity management principles and practices as applied in a Technology/SaaS, B2B environments
Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment while paying excellent attention to detail
A proven ability to develop tactical initiatives that improve sales productivity and performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage multiple stakeholders, and to turn business requirements into consumable material
Focus on self-learning and improvement to strive to be better and serve others better in the pursuit of business growth and personal development
Extensive experience with Salesforce

Salary Range:
This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
